Thom is a proven business executive with over 30 years of experience in the enterprise and emerging technology sectors, developing solutions and supporting clients' business needs in strategic planning, business development, sales, operations, and engineering. As Chief Revenue Officer at Connectivity Wireless, Thom develops strategies to accelerate the deployment of distributed antenna systems (DAS), Wi-Fi, and Small Cells in partnership with all major wireless carriers and building/venue owners. He holds a B.S from Redlands University and an MBA in finance from the University of California, Irvine.
Kimberly brings 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the Connectivity carrier sales team, including ten years of management for some of the most well-known wireless corporations in the industry. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, Kimberly worked at AT&T managing DAS and tower portfolio assets across 29 states and served as AT&T's escalation manager for Verizon and T-Mobile. Previously, she's held leadership and business development roles for various rural cellular carriers to build out tower portfolios and oversee indirect and B2B sales channels, media relations, and daily operations. Her background also includes assisting tower build-to-suit companies in acquiring, building, and selling their portfolios and service as market sales director for various telecom companies.
Rob is the Vice President of Carrier Relations for T-Mobile and DISH accounts nationally. He has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, leading sales and engineering teams across the U.S. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, Rob was a Sales Director at Ericsson, a global leader in wireless technology and services. During his time at Ericsson, he was successful in expanding sales into several new U.S markets and doubling the market share. From 2000 to 2017, Rob has held several T-Mobile leadership roles in Philadelphia, Carolinas, Puerto Rico, San Francisco, and the Greater Los Angeles area leading engineering teams to consistently deliver the best in class network performance while also successfully completing several network technology upgrades.
Mark is responsible for Connectivity's relationship with Verizon nationally. He has spent his entire career in the wireless industry, working domestically and internationally, and has been in the in-building sector for over 12 years. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, Mark held leadership roles with KGpco, CommScope, and NextG Networks, where he was responsible for growing and developing the business with Verizon.
Brian is a senior-level telecommunications professional with 20 years of wireless telecommunications experience, including macro towers, rooftops, iDAS, and oDAS. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, he owned a telecom consulting and acquisition company serving Tier 1 providers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. In addition, he performed turnkey development services to numerous national tower companies.
