Kimberly H. Buggeln
Senior Vice President, AT&T National Lead
Kimberly brings 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the Connectivity carrier sales team, including ten years of management for some of the most well-known wireless corporations in the industry. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, Kimberly worked at AT&T managing DAS and tower portfolio assets across 29 states and served as AT&T's escalation manager for Verizon and T-Mobile. Previously, she's held leadership and business development roles for various rural cellular carriers to build out tower portfolios and oversee indirect and B2B sales channels, media relations, and daily operations. Her background also includes assisting tower build-to-suit companies in acquiring, building, and selling their portfolios and service as market sales director for various telecom companies.
Brian Laslo
Vice President, Verizon National Lead & Venue Sales
Brian is a senior-level telecommunications professional with 20 years of wireless telecommunications experience, including macro towers, rooftops, iDAS, and oDAS. Before joining Connectivity Wireless, he owned a telecom consulting and acquisition company serving Tier 1 providers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. In addition, he performed turnkey development services to numerous national tower companies.
Shane Morgan
SVP Venue Sales
With decades of experience as a Sales Executive, Shane specializes in designing and delivering enterprise-level telecommunication and wireless solutions, including Neutral-Host DAS, Small Cell, ERRCS, Wi-Fi, CBRS, Private LTE, and 5G. His expertise spans sales, account management, business development, system engineering, and network optimization, ensuring seamless coverage and enhanced capacity for clients and wireless carriers. From system design to monitoring and maintenance, he provides end-to-end solutions that drive performance and reliability. Passionate about innovation and customer success, he is committed to advancing connectivity and delivering cutting-edge wireless solutions.
Nicholas Cohen
VP Enterprise Sales
Nicholas is a seasoned sales and business development leader with over a decade of experience driving growth across diverse industries. Known for his customer-first mindset and strategic vision, he specializes in delivering innovative wireless solutions that foster long-term partnerships and exceed performance goals. As Vice President at Connectivity Wireless, Nicholas leads initiatives across higher education, airports, sports and entertainment venues, hospitality, and healthcare. His team delivers end-to-end wireless infrastructure that enhances connectivity, drives revenue, and elevates customer experience.
Wade Lawrence
VP Enterprise Sales
Wade is a senior sales leader with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth across healthcare, sports & entertainment, and SaaS markets. He has built and led high performing sales organizations, managed multimillion dollar revenue, and consistently delivered results through execution, accountability, and long-term customer relationships. His experience includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding national and government accounts, and negotiating complex enterprise level agreements. Wade is known for turning complex challenges into practical outcomes, whether launching new offerings, leading teams through change, or partnering with clients to solve mission critical business problems.
Jeff Stubbe
VP Enterprise Sales
As Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Connectivity Wireless, Jeff brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and deep expertise in cellular wireless infrastructure, including DAS, small cells, and private network solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of real estate and connectivity, helping property owners, developers, and enterprise clients implement scalable wireless solutions that enhance asset value and tenant experience. His background in commercial real estate gives him a unique advantage in understanding ownership priorities, lease structures, capital planning, and long-term portfolio strategy—insight that allows him to align connectivity investments with broader business objectives. Jeff has led revenue growth initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, securing property access, negotiating infrastructure agreements, and guiding deployments across office, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use portfolios. At Connectivity Wireless, he leverages both his wireless expertise and real estate fluency to build strategic partnerships and deliver solutions that drive measurable performance for clients.
